Massa Alta is a lovely Residence contemporary style apartments and double bedrooms. The two room apartments comprise of open plan living room with comfortable double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, one master bedroom. All rooms have air-conditioning and free wi-fi. Upon reservation, guests can enjoy La Fenice Park Hotel private garden and swimming pool located only 50m away from Massa Alta.

Bike Garage & More is a multifunctional space for live music, stand up comedy, private events, workshops and art exhibitions. It also offers dedicated services for cyclists such as free secured parking, info-point, recharge and multitool station.
